Registration

Registration via the online registration system will be required to attend the Summit.

Participation fees

  • Early Bird -  Participant Registration Fee (until 31 July 2025): 210,00 € VAT 22% included
  • Regular – Participant Registration Fee (until 24 September 2025): 270,00 VAT 22% included
  • Onsite – Participant Registration Fee (valid as 5 October 2025): 300,00 € VAT 22% included
  • One-Day – Participant Registration Fee (valid for one day Summit access only): 120,00 € VAT 22% included
  • Accompanying Person (available in conjunction with a participant registration only): 110,00 € VAT 22% included

Full registration fees include:

  • access to all Summit sessions
  • welcome cocktail reception
  • coffee breaks
  • light lunches

One-day registration fee includes:

  • access to Summit sessions on the selected day
  • coffee break
  • light lunch

The registration form includes an open field where you can indicate any specific requirements, such as:

  • Wheelchair user
  • Blind person
  • Deaf person using Italian Sign Language (LIS)
  • Deaf person using International Sign (IS)
  • Person with dietary requirements

In order to provide LIS and/or IS interpretation during the event, we kindly ask that any deaf participants requiring sign language support specify either LIS or IS no later than Wednesday, 17 September.
